 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We went in napuru waterfalls with my husband surely it was unforgettable moments we enjoy but the place was limited if your not physical fit to see waterfalls there is a lot of upldown valley.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Don’t book with this company!!! Literally the worst experience I had so far with a safari company. Everything was aligned upfront, but when we met with the guide for a briefing and paying, he did have a different schedule than previously aligned with the company (guide was hired by the company and did not have all information received, also no info on pick up and drop off). We had to negotiate everything again with the company on the phone, who said this was not agreed. But it was, we even had it in written. After 1h negotiation, we agreed to 3h less in the park than planned, initially they wanted to give us 10h less in the park than agreed and instead offer us a Arusha city tour and museum (I mean we booked a 3 day safari not a city tour 🙈) Next day the guide came to pick us up. Some food still had to be bought on the way and we had to pay some extra water as only 1L was planned per person per day 🤔. No major issue, but the worst was yet to come. When we arrived at the park, we could not enter, as the reservation was not made by the company for accommodation and also permit was not ready. Company blamed the guide he should just pay everything, but he did not have sufficient money based on what we provided him with, although this was the amount that was aligned. After 3h back and forth on the phone we came to an agreement and could finally enter the park. Morning game drive already missed and mood the worst I had in months. Also the Maasai cultural visit described in the offer was not done in the 3 days, as this was not even possible in this park according to the guide. So if you wanna avoid such an unprofessional company, don’t book with them! 😡
